Statistics on real estate sales in Turkey for July 2024

Over the past month (July 2024), Russian citizens retained their leadership in purchasing housing in Turkey, having bought 485 houses and apartments. Ukrainians follow, who for the first time broke into second place, they purchased 171 properties.

In July 2024, foreigners purchased 2,350 residential properties in Turkey. This is 16.1% less than in July of the previous year. The share of sales to foreigners in the total volume of housing transactions was 1.8%.
